Returns & Refunds

1. You must return items within 14 days. This period begins on the day after your order is delivered.

2. The products must be sealed, unused and undamaged.

If the products are returned in a condition that is not fully resellable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange on opened/unsealed items due to health protection or hygiene reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are presented without a UK proof of purchase receipt. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Also, note certain products cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes products reduced by more than 50% cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure you check you are happy with our refund and return policy before you purchase. Your consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

When will I get my money back?

When we receive your parcel, our team will inspect and issue a refund accordingly, we will confirm this via e-mail.

This can take up to 10 days.

If you return the entire order, we will refund the whole amount. If you return only part of your order, we will refund you for the returned items.
